Cupcake Popper Recipe

Ok, so I am not really your, make stuff from scratch kinda gal.

I use cheater recipies! hehe

For those of you that are just like me...

Here is a recipe for you :)

Cupcake Poppers

• 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® white cake mix
• Water, vegetable oil, egg whites called for on cake mix box
• 1/4 teaspoon each gel or liquid food colors (neon pink, neon purple, neon orange, neon green, classic blue)

Filling

• 1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme
• 3/4 cup butter, softened
• 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
• Gel or liquid food colors (neon pink, neon purple, neon orange, neon green, classic blue)

  Directions

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 60 mini muffin cups. Make cake batter as directed on box. Divide batter among 5 small bowls, about 3/4 cup each. Make 5 different colors of batter by adding 1/4 teaspoon food color to each bowl; blend well.

2. Fill each muffin cup with 1 level measuring tablespoon batter, making 12 cupcakes of each color.

3. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely, about 10 minutes.

4. In large bowl, beat marshmallow creme and butter with electric mixer on medium speed until blended. Beat in powdered sugar until fluffy. Divide frosting among 5 small bowls, about 1/3 cup each. Using the same 5 food colors, lightly tint frosting in each bowl to match the cupcake colors.

5. Assemble each popper using 2 mini cupcakes. Cut tops off each cupcake horizontally (save bottoms for another use). Spread or pipe about 1 tablespoon frosting on cut side of 1 cupcake top. Form a sandwich by placing cut side of second cupcake top on frosting; press lightly. Repeat with remaining cupcake tops. Store loosely covered.

So there ya go!

It seems like a sugar overload huh? lol

I got some boobies that will not fit in a small! haha

Back to the subject of Obey Clothing ...

I really want to get this for my boy, it's $40.

He is obsessed with Obey! So maybe I should!

He is gonna buy me a $100 jacket hehe.

The end is almost here ..

for school that is :)

School has really been kicking my butt lately!

I have a full time job then go to school until 10 pm!

but I have to do it! I refuse to give up!

Next week are finals so I am a little worried yet relieved!

In other news:  I had a really great weekend!

I should done this one yesterday but I was busy @ work & at school till late,

Saturday- Aside from schooolll , wahhh!

We went with a party of 8 to Toyko Wako in Pasadena!

the best food you will ever know, seriously!

then stopped by a favorite bar!

Sunday morning I took the Merto Gold Line to Little Tokyo.

Which is two stops away from my house :)

and ... I had a Hello Kitty Shopping Spree!

My friend Lesly works at Sanrio & apparently there is a special sale once a year when the employee & their guest get 50% off of everything !!!!!!!! ahhh ! and she selected me as her guest! She is the best!

I spend about $100.00

I wish I had more to spend, but rent was due hahaha!

I had lunch with my brother, his girl & my little nephew!

He is getting sooo big! I love him to pieces ♥

Last, our good friend Mario has family who works in a Christmas tree lot

 so we got a free tree & some BBQ, thanks to him!

and we got home & drank some Starbucks :)

I can not wait to decorate, but we are waiting for Christian's little brother from Texas to arrive on 12/20!

I am sooo happy to say yesterday was my boyfriend & I's

5 Year Anniversary♥

I can't believe 5 years has already passed!

I remember the first time I seen him,

he was just the cutest boy I ever laid eyes on.

AND still is ♥

I have his heart & he has mine.

He is seriously my best friend.

We pretty much do everything together.

( the best adventures ever with him)

He stood in line with me for 4 hours

 just to get into a hello kitty event.

if that isn't love, I dont know what is♥ hehe.

He was by my side the entire time when I lost my dad

and I am forever greatful for that!

I can go on and on about him and how great it is.

I love him more than anyone will ever know :)
